Walk the property with an experienced eye to assess spaces and possibilities, identify priorities, and focus on what feels right for your lifestyle and wellbeing. This involves an open dialogue about inspiration, utility, short and long term goals, past struggles, limitations or concerns. A short telephone conversation is necessary a day or two before we come to your property so be sure to provide best phone number and time to call. Afterward, you will receive a written report and recommendations with priorities and any other suggestions for your property. If any additional time is needed at this time, the charge is $30 per 15 min increments.
